This app is my only option for my commute to and from work but its very unreliable and full of bugs. It randomly signs me out or won't allow me to sign in when im boarding the bus. It sucks that this can happen when you're boarding the bus on your commute to work. I really wish this app worked consistently and was reliable to not leave me worried if i could get on the bus or not and possibly be late for work as i uninstall and reinstall the app trying to get it to let me sign in.

Overall good, but sometimes some bus (drivers?) have real time tracking & some don't...which is irritating in rain or hot humid weather...I LOVE when real time tracking works as it displays when heavy traffic has effect on bus progress..overall it usually works quite well.

Very very helpful and extremely useful for managing when and where to catch the bus. The times are almost always accurate and if they aren't they chnage them right away. The GPS isnt always accurate, BUT the arrival and departure times have never given me a problem. This app is excellent. Thank you RTA.

The recent update messed up the app I used to be able to see where the bus was on the map even if the time was incorrect and now not only has the route changed and is incorrect but now I can't even see where the bus is on the map it's now completely useless

I hate the update. Now when you click on a certain route you have to zoom all the way in to see where the bus is located. It takes too much time, especially when you're in a hurry. I liked it better the old way it was
