Permanently Disable Camera disables all cameras on your Android device, then guides you through some manual steps to make the app installed permanently so that the cameras cannot be re-enabled. Once those steps are followed, the app also removes the ability to add new users to your device or to do a factory reset of the device through the settings menu, since either of those could effectively allow the cameras to be re-enabled.
This app may be used as a self-control mechanism, for parental controls, or to help employers enforce no-camera policies.
This app uses the Device Administrator permission. This permission is necessary to disable the camera, to remove the ability to add new users, and to remove the ability to do a factory reset.
