The app is good. This APP is good for experienced individuals with relevent qualifications. But for us students with none of those it's really difficult to apply. Overall it's a great app

I am struggling to apply. I have completed all fields and it is not telling me which fields are incomplete or incorrect. All its doing is telling me my profile isn't complete all the time.

Worst service that I have ever recieved. I have been asking on a daily basis for 3 weeks via email for assistance with the profile update as it gives me an error that my ID has already been used on the system and that i should contact pnet via email. And i have done this but still have had no feedback or help. I am disgusted with service and i cant even contact via phone because they aren't working. I hve missed plenty of opportunities to apply for job due to this problem
