App does not track steps properly - not even close. It will count steps sporadically but I am a few hundred thousand steps behind in Tracking for the app. Customer care sends me formulas/shortcuts of what to try to get the app to recognize my Android Health steps but nothing and I mean absolutely NOTHING works.

Oscars app says I need Google Fit app is required but yet I already have Google Fit installed!! I tried to uninstall and install the app but no luck. How come I don't see face or fingerprint recognition? Update, I put the phone on airplane mode for 5 secs then turn off airplane mode then checked the app and now ot works!!

App does not sync with Google Fit, I tried all their troubleshoot suggestions, and nothing worked! I really hope they fix this

Since may 26 of this year (2020) I don't know why this app stop to counting my steps, I tried to remove it and install it again , but I didn't work, my google fit count my steps but it seems that since the last update, this app stop to working. Update they fix the app, very pleased with the app

Update: the steps synch now! I do wish they'd allow Samsung fit or other fitness apps outside of Google fit but the app works as advertised :) -------- The app will not sync with Google Fit no matter how many fixes I try. Basically all android users can't get the perks for counting steps unless Oscar fixes this issue or maybe allow it to sync to different health apps like Samsung Health. This is incredibly annoying because I was actually excited for this feature and could use the reward.
