New update is broken. Use at your own risk. File will not install, repair or even Uninstall on Windows. Each time get a "fail" message. Have not received any word from Beyerdynamic, however I did receive word from a tech at Sweetwater and he said it was most like misreported about an upgrade, because the firmware upgrade does not have any files related to Beyerdynamic Lagoon headphones. He did say there have been a couple of reports of bricked headphones, so he is advising hold off on an update

I love the sound personalization. But too little functions in the apps. Can you please add the firmware update function so that i don't have to find my laptop to do so every time. Thanks.

Headphones: Aventho Wireless Phone: OnePlus 6T Before the last update, I could setup my personal profile without any complications, however, once I started using the sound personalization, I always heard some sort of cracking noise in the background which was a real pain, so I turned it off. After the recent Update, my profile somehow got lost and I had to set up a new one, but: Whenever I try to start the testing process, this really loud noise comes in that blocks the testing beeping. Yikes.

The app is useless. Voice prompts re-enable and disturbs audio experience with loooooooong feedback. Lacks equilizer, personal sound makes sound experience worse. It lacks auto-power off. ANC significantly better after last update. Note*: the score reflects the app and software.. The hardware is very good

This app SAVES the Lagoon ANC! Seriously! Update your firmware and get the better Active Noise Cancelation AND the MIY App and customize your sound profile. The difference is NIGHT and DAY! I have a pair of Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro 600ohm cans and nothing has ever compared to them, until now. Now, I have a pair of cans that has 20-45 hours of battery life and ALMOST the same sound quality but through Apt X instead of my PC's sound card. Almost the same quality of sound. Almost. Good enough!

A recent firmware update and re-doing the hearing test has made my Amiron wireless headphones sound amazing (I am 50), thanks. Next they need to fix the bluetooth dropping out trivially (front pocket to headphone a no-go in a busy street) and make it seemless for multiple devices to come and go then these will be the god level headphones they deserve to be.
