This app is not working. I am unable to sign up in this app. When I am trying to sign up, sign up page redirects to login page. It takes too long to open. Try to resolve this problem as soon as possible. I don't want to give a single star but I gave 1 star because if you don't give star then you are unable to post the review.

This app worked in May'2020 but after that always flashed a message that consumption is less than the standerd consumption. What is the standard consumption. Even fter 200 units consumption it is not working. Why this type of apps introduced to waste public time.

During this pandemic I made a payment of ₹1398 on 30/05/2020. After a lengthy buffering it said transaction failed but the amount got deducted. I am waiting for my money to get credited to my bank account till date although it said it will be back within 7 working days.. I think this app is to blame. Initially thought of giving it 1 star or even less if existed but being a professional myself I know the hard work it requires. Sorry can't give more than 3. Looking forward to your improvement.

Bill was generated during the month of May,2020 but in the month of June bill was not generated with message meter reading is less than required meter reading for self generation of bill, same message in the month of July, 20.07.2020. The difference of meter reading was 365. What is this? The meter reader is not coming.

Unable to login & pay bill. In this COVID19 pandemic crisis, eveyone is trying to solve their issues from home, be it banking or bill payments. It's really frustrating when the purpose is not solved. If this app can't fetch the bill details, then why to develop such app wasting the citizen's time & money on it. Is this a way Jharkhand Govt going to contain pandemic by forcing people to come out of their house & stand in a queue.

When your main aim is to pay your electricity bill online in your home comfortably but when you pay it, the amount is debited from your account but it still shows "unpaid", you can't even see you payment history and of course no refund! Worst of all, because of the pressure of last date of payment, you have to still rush to electricity office to pay the bill. Now tell me, should you appreciate the app?
