    It's basically not working, it can't show you your planned appointments, or make orders like adding TV & Internet package to your mobile subscription and also doesn't respond in most cases . Proximus is a very big company to have such unresponsive application.

    In a few words: slow & confusing. Attractive images and colors but not functional at all. Can't see any bills anymore. Bills' icon leads to top your credit (reload online) customer service a lottery: sometimes you win other (most) times you lose. Yes I have the latest version!

    App not working already 3 days. I get a stupid message saying: "Oops! Something went wrong It's us not you We are working on it. Please try later." Who are the computer amateurs working at Proximus?

    Logs you out without reason, when trying to log back in with your username and password, it says wrong username/password combination and locks you out of the app.. well done. Also, for what it is, the app is huge. This should be 1/10th of the size it is.
