The name for the app is a joke. Absolute garbage. Scanning is a frustration and it generates multiple documents if I scan via adf but not 1 PDF with all 4 pages. HP you suck big time. It should be so simple but it is so frustrating. Probably send the whole office jet back and buy from a reasonable company instead

Worked so so on 7720, doesn't work at all in 7740, regret buying new HP printer, a nightmare to single sided print, even worse if trying to print from App. By Brother.

Internet required to use my printer? I only need a printer to sit on my network without going out to the world and not needing to sign into everytime I need to use it. Printer printing quality gone in less than 6 months too and basically a glorified scanner that still needs internet connection just to scan. I was gifted this so had no choice in the matter but the longer I have this printer the more I loathe this company's product.

Generally works. Not very convenient and user friendly. For example, does not provide printing profiles and does not save default printing options, so you need to change them on every print.

Trash app, that constantly logs you out, and very slow. Probably the developers think that people use this app on a daily basis.
