We bought this router and it has given us a ton of trouble. Customer service is slow to respond (sometimes weeks!), the app is extremely buggy when you can even connect. Most of our devices experience difficulty connecting everyday. The only solution appears to be to reboot the router, after you hunt through all your devices to find one that will even connect. Plus pornography and objectionabe material still gets through. I wish we has bought the Disney circle.
