Chakras – are energy centers of the body.
In Sanskrit, chakra means "wheel".
Chakras are in constant rotation.
When blocking the energy center it appears a destruction, which can affect both the health and the psyche.
There are seven chakras are responsible for the vital force, which arranged along the spine:
Muladhara (red) – the first chakra, located at the bottom of the spine in the area of the coccyx.
Chakra of stability and human connection with the Earth.
Svadhisthana (orange) - located above the pubic bone, below the navel.
Responsible for creative expression and sexuality.
Manipura (yellow) -
is located abreast the solar plexus.
It is responsible for a person's ability to think, for the personal development.
It is the center of personal power.
Anahata (green) – heart center.
It represents how much a person is able to take and give love.
Vishudha (blue) -located in the throat area.
It is also called the volitional chakra that is an expression of person’s
will through speech. Also responsible for the disclosure of the "I".
Ajna (dark blue) - is located between the eyebrows.
The center of intuition, which everybody has.
Focusing on the sixth chakra, you are developing intuition and the whole range of subtlest sensations.
Sahasrara (purple) -located on the top of the head.
It is also called the crown chakra.
Chakra of enlightenment.
It combines the the energy from all energy centers.
By meditation you activate and balance the chakras.
After relaxing, imagine the chakra that you have chosen for meditation, its color.
Imagine how its energy diverges to the sides and rises up through the spine.
Relaxation body techniques
Take a comfortable position.
Make sure that your arms and legs are uncrossed.
Try to choose a position in which you can feel yourself comfortable and relaxed.
Relax every muscle in your shoulders. Feel a relaxation in the hands, up to the fingertips.
Then the hips, relax every muscle.
Coming down to the shins, feel the complete relaxation in your feet.
Pay attention to your breathing, on your belly.
Listen to your breathing.
Feel how peace and tranquility are spreading on your body
Relaxation body techniques
