you want to get fit and train your abs? Or you have perfect abs and you want to see new exercises?
The ABS Exercises app offers a full training program for man and women with more than 50 exercises for abs workout.
You have an option (Choose from Settings) for home ABS Exercises or gym ABS Exercises.
The app provides few different type of trainings:
1. Exercises for Home
2. Gym easy exercises
3. Gym hard exercises
Also there is a reminder which will notify you that it is a time to train your abs! Just go in Settings and setup your abs workout reminder.
Use the app twice per week and you will improve your ABS !
ABS Exercises includes:
• More than 50 exercises specially picked for you. They will help you to improve your abs.
• View exercises button will lead you to a list with all of the exercises in one place.
• Before click on "Start' button, go to Settings and choose Workout difficulty. You will find a lot of options of training programs picked by professionalists for your body.
• If you are Beginner, choose one of the two training programs picked for you: Beginner program 1 or Beginner program 2
• If you have some experience, choose one of the two options: Medium program 1 or Medium program 2
• If you are advanced in abs exercises, choose Hard program or Hard program 2.
• If you want to train at home, choose Home exercises for abs.
• If you like balls exercises with Bosu Ball or Swiss ball, choose Balls Exercises.
When you are ready with your choice, go on the first screen of the app and click START button.
When you are ready with the first exercise click "Done". By default you will have 50 seconds rest time, which you can control in "Settings" - "Rest time".
