DGE ALERTE est une application du ministère de l'énergie de la Côte d'Ivoire qui permet de se rapprocher
des abonnés du réseau électrique.Les abonnés non satisfaits du travail des entreprises exerçant dans le domaine
de l'électricité pourront signaler une alerte via l'application.Chaque catégorie d'alerte est traitée par l'entité
adéquate(DGE,ANARE,CI-ENRGIES,CIE).L'application se charge de ventiler automatiquement les différentes alerte.
Une fois une alerte lancée l'utilisateur recevra un SMS lui informant de la réception de son alerte.
Lorsque l'alerte sera traitée l'utilisateur recevra encore un SMS l'informant de la résolution de
sa préoccupation.Toutefois il pourra relancer l'alerte si sa n'a pas été traitée.
