This mobile application designed and created by Alfredo Campos, Patricio Oricchio and Carlos Di Bella of the Institute of Water Climate INTA allow you to observe the spatial distribution of variables related to precipitation.
By using the application, the device initiates a communication with a server for updated at INTA variables associated with precipitation information. All variables obtained are shown by Google Maps tool, which allows you to browse the map and find sites of interest to the user.
The information accessed by the application is divided according to their sources: i) temperature Topes Nubosos extracted from the GOES images received at the Institute of Climate and Water INTA; ii) Images of the radar network (INTA Pergamino - Anguil - Paraná) and iii) accumulated precipitation obtained by the network of automatic stations INTA.
