Health Heuristics combines 3 mini 'Apps' into one tool for tracking health targets.
Alcohol Diary
Track your alcohol consumption with Alcohol Diary. In just a few seconds you can open the app and record drink(s). See at a glance you history and when you've over done it.
All consumption information is just stored on your device.
Part Vegetarian
Being partly vegetarian or vegan is good for the environment, reduces animal suffering and might even be good for your health (consult your doctor!)
This App allows you to quickly and easily gamify part veganism/vegetarianism.
Simply record 3 times a day whether you ate meat, were vegetarian or vegan. If you have snacks just record them as part of the nearest meal.
Sixteen Plus
Sixteen Plus is an intermittent fasting tracking App. The idea is to record how long you went between eating (from your last food one day to breakfast the next day). You should try to keep a fairly small window in which you eat (e.g. 8 hours).
Plus
You might be able to enhance the approach by exercising within the fast time (the 'plus' part). You can also track this by toggling the exercise icon.
NB
Please check with a medical professional before starting any kind of fasting diet and choosing a target fast time (if any). I'm a Doctor, but of Economics not medicine, so you absolutely shouldn't take my advice on this kind of thing!
