The GYROTONIC® Method is an original, and unique movement method that enables simultaneous lengthening and strengthening of muscles, stimulates circulation, and enhances joint mobility, and coordination.
Suzanne offers individualized Private, Duet & Trio Ballet Classes focused on the fundamental techniques of the Cecchetti Ballet Method. These programs are for beginner as well as advanced students, both concentrating on the basic positions, steps, movements and physicality’s that serve to build the foundation of proper ballet dance techniques. More Importantly ~ this level of instruction helps to mitigate injury or permanent damage to soft tissue surrounding feet, legs, hips, torso, arms and neck.
