This app uses three formulas (general, Edwards and Tanaka) to calculate you Maximum Heart Rate (bpm).
You can select your Training Intensity (%) and find out the bpm for each of the three formulas.
Go even further and apply the Karvonen formula to each of the three resulted MRH.
*As of v3.0 it can help you find your Resting Heart Rate!
