Using the Pressure Perfect video or audio program to lower your blood pressure is fun, easy, and relaxing. Pressure Perfect combines paced moderate deep breathing exercises to help you lower and maintain a healthy blood pressure. The relaxing videos will make it easy for you to follow along and will provide you with both visual and auditory cues to lead you through the therapeutic breathing exercises. Once you become familiar with the breathing exercises, you may wish to use only the audio files so that you may close your eyes and relax during your breathing exercises.
Pressure Perfect should be used as a valuable addition to your current blood pressure reduction regimen and you should continue to take your blood pressure medication as directed by your Physician. You should also let your Doctor know you are using Pressure Perfect so that any changes in your blood pressure can be monitored and your medication dosage adjusted if necessary. Pressure Perfect is most beneficial when used in conjunction with an overall wellness program including diet, exercise and lifestyle modification as approved by your Doctor. Using Pressure Perfect once a day is all that is needed to maintain your blood pressure but you may use the program any time that you need to relax from the stress of the day. Do not use the program while driving or any other activity that requires your undivided attention. Using the program more than once per day does not increase the efficiency of the breathing exercises.
