Balti by his real name Mohamed Salah Balti, born on April 10, 1980 , is a rapper , singer-songwriter and producer of Tunisian music
In 2003 , he collaborated with the Tunisian director Mohamed Zran for the soundtrack of his film The Prince ; he writes, composes and interprets three pieces in addition to the end credits.
Between 2004 and 2009 , he gives concerts all over Tunisia but also in Europe , performing notably with Rohff , Tandem , Sinik and Diam's . At that time, he is already considered the best known rapper in Tunisia.
In 2017 , he released a single called Ya Lili ya lila . This is a duet with Hammouda, a little Tunisian boy unknown at the time of the general public. The clip posted on YouTube holds a record number of views ever recorded in Tunisia and the Arab world arabic song lyrics , and makes Balti known in the region.
