You're expected to bounce back. To shrink your body to pre-baby. To function just as you did, pre-baby. What if I told you.. you don't have any obligation to "get your body back"? That all the new things you're experiencing- you can acknowledge them, accept them (only if you wish) and work towards feeling empowered and confident in your body? It's possible and you, mama, are the reason I'm doing this work. Because I believe you're experience is 100% yours. It's okay. We can work with all of it. So let's do it. ❤️
