Goodhands brings transformational elder care to you - in the palm of your hands.
Goodhands allows you to take care of elderly members of your family - from wherever you are. The Goodhands app allows you to request and manage a range of elder support services as well as receive status updates from our emergency response team in the event of a medical emergency.
To begin, sign up on the app and 'add' the senior who you want to sponsor support for. You can add multiple seniors. Provide basic details on the senior(s), select a plan and proceed to payment. Once this is done, you will receive a notification confirming activation of the plan plus details on the Senior Care Specialist assigned to you and your senior.
And you are on!
KEY FEATURES:
A key feature of this app is the medical emergency functionality which allows sponsors (you) to review the elder's emergency plan and receive alerts at the time of a medical emergency.
The app alerts you as soon as an emergency is confirmed by our Senior Care Specialist. The emergency tab on the menu can be used to keep abreast of what is happening in real time
A senior's emergency plan is accessible through this app. Users get real-time updates on any changes being made to the plan.
The 'services' tab on the main menu can be used to request non-emergency services related to healthcare, day-to-day conveniences and social engagement.
The Notifications section lists all messages received for each senior as well as those received from the Goodhands Admin team.You can view and reply to a notification by clicking on it.
Senior profile details and emergency plan can be viewed by clicking on the senior's name in the main menu.
Sponsors can edit their contact information by clicking on their profile picture.
