You get recommendations about what suits you best in regards to building your booty and then your top few variations of squats, deadlifts, thrusts and accessories to best target your glutes then an example program. All with links to videos to show you how to perform the movement.
It has some general training and nutritional tips to ensure you are doing the best science based workouts you can.
