Night Train™ Jet lag helps you to cope with effects of travel across time zones. The app also works as a world clock with sun rise and sun set calendar.
Jet lag is a temporary disorder that causes fatigue, insomnia, and other symptoms as a result of air travel across time zones. It is considered a circadian rhythm sleep disorder, which is a disruption of the internal body clock. The internal body clock or SCN (the suprachiasmatic nuclei) is a tiny region of the brain connected to the optic nerves. The most effective way to get it synchronised is light therapy, which means avoiding or seeking light at a certain times of a day. The actual timings depend on travel direction and the amount of timezones travelled.
Night Train Jet™ Lag -app will tell you when to seek light and when to avoid it. To help you in that the app will also tell sun rise and set times. And the app also functions as a world clock.
There are over 400 hundred locations preinstalled, but you may also add you own locations.
