This set of exercises are continuation of the exercises described in part 1. They are aimed at developing and strengthening the muscles of the waist, abdomen and lateral abdominal muscles. They are suitable for people with herniated disc, who don’t feel a pain at the moment, with protrusions, spinal curvature-kyphosis, scoliosis and kifoscolliosis, for people working in front of computers and other immobilization work, and for people with acute or chronic pain due to weak and atrophied muscles.
