This application also focuses on the fact that not all postures are recommendable for all the individuals.It includes a CAUTION feature that enables the user to know when NOT to practice any particular Asanas.
Combine yoga with other exercises and breathing techniques to get the most out of your practice.
This is an initial version which gives information about the asanas and in what diseases they can be effective.The next version will aim to improve the understanding of the postures for the users.
