The Actives empowers parents, schools, activity providers and the wider community to raise healthy, happy kids.
We all know the importance of encouraging kids to be physically active and healthy, but sometimes it can be tough to keep them engaged and interested.
The Actives app contains a fun digital weekly challenge and content to help 4-11 year olds to get active, eat healthily and make positive lifestyle choices.
Key features of The Actives app include:
***Take The Challenge*** using our special Zap Bands, turning healthy living into a fun, competitive game!
- Schools can set up their own challenges, rewarding kids who display positive, healthy behaviours with Zap points.
- Parents can do the same at home, rewarding kids with Zap points for being active, eating their greens or even for helping around the house!
Kids can also earn Zap points with local activity providers, each time they go along to a session or complete a new challenge
