Clinicians may also send you information about your action plans to keep you healthy. Your doctor will talk to you about how they want to interact with you on Fabrix Health.
Currently Fabrix Health is an invite only program. Talk to your doctor or academic hospital if you want to implement Fabrix Health in your practice.
