This App reminds you to smile, breathe and relax from time to time. To take a break from what you are doing and get new energy.
The App works like an alarm: every 15 or so minutes a ringing bell wakes you up and reminds you to smile. You can use this App alone while working or studying or together with others e.g. when you are in a meeting.
For the long term this App can help you to lower stress, to be more productive and creative, to solve problems, to life more in the moment and to improve your health in general.
The App is inspired by the work of Eckhart Tolle (The Power of Now), Thich, Nhat Hanh (Mindfulness) and Deepak Chopra (The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success).
