Symptom scoring system and investigation of TB in health facilities (faskes) is using several parameters which then determined the value of the score of each parameter. Score of all parameters were then calculated and then determined the appropriate action based on the algorithm of TB treatment of children. This scoring system helps health professionals so as not to miss in collecting clinical data as well as a simple investigation that is expected to reduce the occurrence of underdiagnosis and overdiagnosis of TB.

Permasalahan overdiagnosed ataupun underdiagnosed tuberkulosis pada anak perlu disolusikan. Sistem skoring terkomputerisasi dalam pendekatan diagnosa dokter yang bersifat mobile dapat menjadi solusi alternatif mengingat kemajuan teknologi terus ditujukan untuk kemudahan aktivitas manusia pada semua bidang kehidupan, tidak terkecuali bidang kesehatan.
