About us:
Puja spices is a well known name in the world of blended spices and cookery classes. Anshu Agrawal is the founder of Puja Spices. Puja spices is set up in the year 2001-02. Initially its activity was in the area of blended spices development. Later on with the demand of existing clients, friends and well wishers, Puja spices started cookery classes also.
OUR MISSION:
Our mission is providing opportunity to every housewife to serve the tasty and healthy food to their family members because we realized that the way to enter into somebody’s heart is through stomach. For this Anshu started cookery classes in Dwarka from her home in year 2004. She started giving lot of workshops in Dwarka, Noida and other areas. Slowly and gradually she started getting recognition from different group of woman. Local newspapers also started highlighting her contribution in the area of cooking and taste development.
Finally she launched her first commercial branch in Dwarka, Sector-22 in a commercial mall. She is taking classes for different segments of woman like housewives, working woman, students and professional restaurant chefs.
Her famous slogan is Bas Ek Chammach as the quantity required to cook food for a group of 4 people is just one spoon of spices. She has developed a different range of spices. Her spices are without onion and garlic.
