It is always been big pain for customers to track daily deliveries of milk, but with the help of Miyofarms app it is very easy to track daily deliveries. Customers will be notified on the app when milk is delivered to their door step. They can also track the stock of empty bottles on daily basis.
An option is also given in the app to pause/resume supply in case customers are planning for vacations. Customers can also demand extra milk anytime if they expecting some guests to their house.
Our backend systems works very smartly and keeps track of all these adhoc requests from customers and maintain their accounts at real time. Using Miyofarms app customers can review account statement at real-time too.
Customer ease is ours top priority, so we have given an option to our customers to chat with our service agents at real time. Customers can also call to our agent from the app directly.
