This app gives you a variety of body exercises which will help you in achieving your fitness goals. It also focuses on your diet by providing information about the nutrient content of different food items. It provides you three unique workout plans -Endurance, Strength, Flexibility. Here is a simplified manner of the three tabs in this app:
Workouts - A complete list of exercises with videos for help explaining the proper form. These videos explain the exact way about how these exercises should be performed. It includes a variety of exercises like Strength ,Cardio ,Abs ,Yoga and Stretching.
Diet - Diet and Workout go hand in hand. For a perfect body ,diet is very essential. Diet helps you in understanding how much protein ,carbohydrates and calories that food contains. This will make it easy for the users to decide what to eat and in what amount.
My Plan - This is one of the most advanced features of this app helping the users to choose plans according to their requirements. It is divided into three plans as mentioned above. A 7 day plan is mentioned and the levels at which it can be performed accordingly. My Plan includes a chart showing number of repetitions and sets to be performed at respective level.
