Its concept is a remote care to engage & monitor patients, work with the caregiver who provide tasks for improving patient’s wellness and track their health activities. The app is a client side used by patients. They can read task description, report their tasks and receive the coins for reward, and the application connect with supported third-party wellness application to getting their health data.
