Mobile SPH SPH is the application Prehospital Services offers to make request for home health care, general medical certificates, certificate for driver's license and death certificate.
You will not have to call or give your address. Upon entering the application you fill only basic information such as your name, phone number, and email, then you should choose the service you want to address and sends the request. Mobile SPH determines its position based on the GPS that you have at the time of making the request address.
His request is received at our headquarters SPH and we contact you to arrange the time or when you want to be cared for and verify where service you want.
Once finalized the details, a doctor is sent to give answer to your medical need.
SPH Prehospital Services guarantees the privacy of your data and will not be shared with third parties.
