Alzfinder is an app that keeps track of an Alzheimer's disease patient. If patient is far from his residence (you can modify how far),
the app will send a SMS to caregiver with the coordinates of the patient. Alzfinder can also display patient information such as first,last name and caregiver's contact phone. That way if the patient is lost and someones find him, he could contact with the caregiver.
