between a Recipient (Patient) & his ` Near Relative’ Donor by finding them
a Compatible Recipient (Patient) – Donor Pair , thereby facilitating early
Swap Transplants (also known as Paired-Kidney Exchange), saving lives &
reducing the massive wait listing for Cadaver Donors in India
Please note, Swap Transplant / Paired-Kidney Exchange of the same organ is
a Legal & Valid Procedure under the Transplant of Human Organs (Amendment)
Act, 2011
'Near-relative' is that person as defined in Transplant of Human Organs
(Amendment) Act, 2011
