This is an exact clone of Alex Gilleran's open source interval training app, with the S1-S12 program baked in.

I cloned Alex Gilleran's app so people wanting to do the S1-S12 program wouldn't have to enter all that data.
I have big plans to improve the app and make programs shareable, but for now this will have to do.
