Fit4Life Workouts is 100% free app having 200+ pre-defined exercises separated into different workout types and targeted muscle groups. Each exercise consists of the images, detailed description, target muscles and steps to perform that particular exercise.
There are 4 different types of workout: Weight Training, Cardio, Body Weight Training and Stretching. Each Workout type has it further subtypes like Weight Training has 9 types categorized into different muscle groups like Chest, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps, Legs etc and Cardio has 2 types i.e. High-Intensity Cardio and Low-Intensity Cardio.
