This application classifies camera input into two categories: loss memes, and everything else. Sophisticated algorithms utilizing quantized convolutional neural networks based on the MobileNet architecture enable "Is this loss?" to be the authoritative source on what is (and isn't) a genuine loss meme. This application is even able to recognize loss in contexts where it has never been seen before; try it for yourself.
"Is this loss?" is built on the TensorFlow Lite API and is subject to the Apache 2.0 license. The use of the 'Loss.jpg' name for the purposes of this parody qualifies as fair use under the Copyright Act of 1976, 17 U.S.C. sec. 107.
