xIT Timer's simple interface will help you focus on your training without worrying how long is left in each exercise round.
Each interval is colour coded for easy referrence:
・ Preparation (Yellow)
・ Work (Green)
・ Rest (Blue)
Set your screen to stay awake when you want to have your device easierly visible or let the alarm tick away in the back ground with the screen off. Remaining Interval time is displayed in notifications on your lock screen.
Use the proximity sensor to control the timer while wearing gloves! Just wave your hand over the sensor to start and pause the count down.
Keep up to date on your progress with the use of alarms and/or voice to let you know when to rest and when to work.
Each workout is automatically added to the history at the end of each workout. Lock the entries you're most proud of to keep a record of your progress or just turn the history off completely
Display motivational quotes on screen during your workout or have them spoken to you at the start of each interval

Internet - Required by Crashlytics to send crash reports
Location - Record your workout routes.
GPS location to record run route.
Map viewer to display run route. Also calculate distance and pace
