Swiss ball,Dumbbells,stretch
mat,Bosu ball,Medicine ball,
Wall slam ball and dumbbells.
Males can use 15 -45 lbs dumbbells or heavier if you like .
females can use between 8 lbs - 20 lbs or heavier.
If you feel the weight is too heavy or too light then decrease or increase.
Try not to skip a day as this may hinder your progress but if you do miss a day don't worry just start back with the day you missed and continue.
