App can help you to create your own workouts of the day (WODs), to put down WODs into calendar and to do exercises by the workout schedule. WODs are divided by four training styles:
EMOM (Every Minute of the Minute) — you should go through the movements each minute for N minutes
AMRAP — (As many rounds as possible) — you have to finish as many rounds as you can in a fixed time limit.
TABATA — the style of the workout of the day when you do the particular exercises for twenty seconds and then have a short rest for ten seconds before you perform the next move of the list of the moves.
For-Time — these workouts have to be completed in the least amount of time possible.
For each WOD the app has its own stopwatch with sounds and possibility to delay start.
After completing exercises you can save the results and to look over the chart with saved results.
