The Biceps Exercises app offers a full training program for man and women with more than 40 exercises for abs.
From Settings button choose Difficulty and choose the type of exercise you want.
The app provides few different type of trainings:
1. Exercises for Home
2. Easy exercises at the gym
3. Medium biceps exercises at the gym.
4. Hard exercises at the gym
Also there is a reminder which will notify you that you have to train! Just go in Settings and setup your reminder.
The app has the following exercises:

Behind the back Curls
EZ Bar Preacher Bicep Curls
Hammer Bicep Curls
One Arm Dumbbell Bicep
Overhead Biceps Cable Curls
