InfoSAGE™ is a web-based application to facilitate information search and retrieval, communication, and task management - all built around an aging adult (called a keystone) and their family. Researchers at Harvard Medical School, through a federal grant, conceived and developed InfoSAGE to help with care coordination for families. This project involves studying the information needs of elders and their adult children who are partaking in their care. Many families experience challenges in coordinating their care. The InfoSAGE™ website (www.infosagehealth.org) helps family and friends coordinate the tasks to care for a loved elder and helps families stay connected using various communication tools.
