Lenkrad: Sendencode von T00 bis T99, Mittlerer Punkt ist T50
Gaspedal: Sendencode von S00 bis S99
GEAR PRND: Sendencode G00 (P), G01 (R), G02 (N) und G03 (D)
Add setting window:
- Allow to select delimiter for each commands, default is no delimiter
- Allow to revert throttle/steering
- Allow to adjust center point of steering wheel, default value is 50.
