Learn pose's benefits, instructions, modifications, variations and cautions. Weekly classes with different themes are available for purchase and a store inside the app, will provide you with all your aerial needs.
To further enhance your experience we are bringing the Aerial Yoga Community together inside a network where you can share stories, tips and photos with your fellow Yogis.
