Every 10 minutes (adjustable) you will hear the sound of a gong reminding you to relax.
When you hear the gong
...take a deep breath.
...relax
At every reminder choose to do a small adjustment
...relaxing your tonge
...your eyes
...your shoulders
...your jaw
...adjusting your posture
It's a great way to take the sting out of work. We can work hard but do not have to be tense at the same time.
During the day we often subconsciously and automatically tense up. We need to actively decide to relax to loosen up again. This app can help to shape your environment by reminding you to relax. Luckily over time the behavior to relax will become more and more automatic.
Beware:
If the gong does not sound as expected please remember to:
1) Exclude the app from battery optimization in the settings (especially on Huawei phones).
2) Exclude the app from automatic closing by your phone (for Huawei: Settings -> Battery -> Launch -> Manage Manually)
The reason for this problem is that some manufacturers decide to have their OS shut down apps despite the fact that they are still running in the name of saving battery. Sadly this is the manufacturers' choice and can not be affected by us developers. The only solution for you is to adjust your settings.
