Simple App..that allows patient message their current symptoms
out to contacts.
This can be instantly shared with health care providers such as an MS nurse,
neurologist, chiropractor, or MS carer, family member etc.
Further releases of this app with additional features will be available in near future.
Personal : This app is dedicated to Caroline who we lost to MS..
As her caregiver I felt I wanted to develop this for other sufferers with
this disease...Hope you find it helpful.
