Die Beschreibung von Enhanced TTS

This is a Text-To-Speech (TTS) engine that wraps around any standard TTS engine for adding extra settings such as : Delay before, pitch rate factor, and excluded characters.
This TTS engine can be used with AudioBT to improve the TTS output of some applications.
-Set a 1 or 2 seconds delay to avoid audio cutting at the beginning of the speech.
-Exclude some characters, such as the dash character so that it is not spelled in street names.

-Pause is now a floating point value
-New options : 8 bits downsample. This options prevents Google Maps from reverting back to the default voice when using a too long pause. Voice quality may be reduced. NOTE: Some apps using TTS are not compatible with this option.
