Neue Funktionen Kamikaze Birds
Complete rebuild. Some features have been removed, some added. Some removed features may be re-added in the future.
Added features and changes:
1. Speed is now constant, with a new row added per completion.
2. There are now only 3 speeds in both directions so over committing to one way or other is limited.
3. There are now arrow indicators to show how fast in each direction the player is moving.

1. High Scores
2. Bonus Stars
3. Names
4. Pause Menu Options
