Voice Cam App for Blind reads in realtime English words detected by the camera.
App has a Voice Guidance useful to know position of text relative to camera;you can enable e disable Voice Guidance with relative button.
There is button to know number of words detected and an other to know number of rows detected.
Good lighting it's very important to detect text.
The objective of Voice Cam is to give an idea of the text that is identified and can be therefore especially useful to Blind and Visually Impaired.
The app doesn't need internet connection.
The App needs a TTS Engine that normally is already installed on device.
